That is why we choose to hold this yoga retreat in a beautiful beach-front property on one of the most amazing white-sand beaches in Zanzibar.

Hatha Yoga (asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra) – Helps to clear major channels in the body and activate your life force energy.
Yin Yoga – Restorative yoga practice that is focusing on the alignment of the 5 elements and activating body meridians or pathways of Chi (energy).
Yoga Nidra – A classical yogic guided meditation technique that harnesses the biology of sleep for a spiritual purpose.

This ritual is meant to help you release doubts, fears, old stories, and disappointments. It is time to get empowered, gain self-worth, strength, and confidence. Expect to dance around the fire, meditate and set your intentions.
This 3-hour cooking healing food workshop is aimed to show you some secrets of live food. Together, we will create amazing main meals including sauces and one type of dessert using only fresh, organic ingredients. Getting your hands on, you will find out that raw live food can be fun, delicious and awesome.
We believe that eating living food has the highest potential for healing one’s body and provides the best results if you want to lose weight and balance your nervous system.
Breakfasts are served with exotic fruit platter accompanied by coconut spirulina yogurt & various chia puddings (chocolate, coconut-vanilla, strawberry). As well as everyone’s favorite superfood smoothie bowls topped with cacao, nuts, dried fruits, and berries. In case you have a more savory tooth, you will enjoy Avo Lover bruschetta, Breakfast Burritos, and Wasabi Toast.
The highlights of the main course are Jackfruit tacos, Zucchini pasta with shiitake mushrooms in a creamy sauce, Japanese roll «Dragon», North Indian Curry, Spinach quiche.
Desserts play a very important part of our menu because they remind us that life is meant to be sweet and pleasurable. Among our favorites are the double chocolate tart, cashew lavender truffles, carrot cake with a cashew frosting and mango cheesecake.

Where do I start? Zanzibar is stunningly beautiful and the coast where we were was breathtaking. Our stunning villa was right on the beach (pool overlooking the lapping waves) and it all immediately gave me the feeling of calm and peace.
The Yoga at sunrise and sunset was a routine that you settled in to with ease and practicing at these hours seem totally natural and ‘right’. The Practice itself was very routed in the ‘real’ yoga. Mindful and all times and the flows to work different things each day. The evening Yin/Restorative was completely calming and again meditative at its heart.
Vlada introduces different meditative practices and breathing techniques that give you so much to think about when you leave. It opened up a whole new vista of mindful and holistic yoga.
Food..that is another planet invented by the creativity of Olha that never ceased to amaze us every day for the sheer beauty of presentation and firing up the tastebuds beyond your wildest dreams. Raw food for a week made me feel energized and more alive in my body.
